Focusing on a Full Body approach to training through a double progression model. Depending on each individual’s goals; speed, strength, and power components through overloading principles like volume, rest time, and increase in weight will be manipulated. As well as introducing athletes to sport specific movement patterns, strengthening their abilities to get into and stay in certain positions, and finally introducing active recovery movements to aid in injury prevention.
**Program is also designed to continue while IN SEASON and CAN be adjusted for athletes to complete at their school's weight room facility**
